Compelling Hands provides certification courses to meet your knowledge and credentialing needs. These scheduled courses require a commitment to classroom space, materials, and instructor resources. Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend a course that you registered and paid for, we do not provide refunds.   

We may move your class registration to the next available class date, at your request. There is no charge to move your class registration to the next available class date.  

No Show / No Notification = No Refund:+ No transfer of registration

Students who do not attend their scheduled class and do not attempt to provide Compelling Hands with notification of cancellation by the first 15 minutes of class, forfeit the paid tuition for that course. No refund or transfer of registration will be available for students who have No Show  / No Notification. 

 Emergency Situations:
Compelling Hands will consider Emergency Situations on a case-by-case basis. If you have an emergency and are not able to attend your scheduled class, please contact Compelling Hands ASAP regarding your situation.
